Pets in Purple 2021 – Get creative with our ‘Purple pet pairing’ photo competition!
This February is Cholangiocarcinoma Awareness Month and for the third year AMMF’s ‘Pets in purple’ photo competition is back! We know you love sharing your creative photos of your ‘purple’ pets and with most of us being at home with our furry friends at the moment, the team at AMMF thought that YOU, the owners, should get involved!
Animals for AMMF – Purple Pet Pairing!
Apparently, ‘twinning’ is a thing! So, we would love to see photos of your pet and YOU in purple! You can be creative, you can be inventive, you can be funny, so long as it’s purple. If you need some inspiration, just look at 2019 winner, Lizzie and her horse, Posh! So… get your ‘purple’ thinking hats on!

We’ll be sharing the photos across AMMF’s social media pages throughout February. The photo with the most ‘Likes’ on our original posts will be announced. Likes on ‘shares’ will not count! The winning owner will receive a ‘Winner’s Certificate’ and a treat for their pet. In the case of a draw, the winner will be decided by the team at AMMF (and their say is final!)
We love our pets at AMMF and would ask that no pet is unduly distressed or harmed through our competition. Under no circumstances should animals be dyed or sprayed.
How to enter …
To join in, follow these simple steps:
- 1. Take a photo of you and your pet in purple.
- 2. Email your photo/s to info@ammf.org.uk.
- 3. Make sure to put “Photo Comp” in the subject line,
- 4. Include your name and the name of your pet in the body of the email
- 5. Entries must be received by Friday 19th February 2021
