The use of AI in submitting an application to AMMF

Please note, AMMF will check all applications for the use of AI. The following is general information for your guidance.

You can use AI in the application process to:

  • help you refine and clarify your ideas and thoughts
  • research information about AMMF – The Cholangiocarcinoma Charity, and working for the charity
  • summarise public information about important projects or policy work AMMF is involved with, which you can think about in your responses
  • check the spelling, grammar and clarity of what you have written

Do not use AI to:

  • inflate or invent your skills and experiences
  • create generic responses and copy these into your application
  • complete assessments that evaluate personality and abilities such as situational judgement and numerical tests 
  • provide an AI tool with sensitive information yourself or the organisation you currently work for, or hope to work for
