Locally advanced distal CC encasing coeliac plexus

My relative in his 60s was diagnosed with a distal CC last year. Had a failed whipple’s due to the tumor encasing blood vessels Abdo pain has been a significant issue. Had few cycles of chemo gem/cis. Followed by radiotherapy. The radiotherapy fatigue seems particularly bad now a few weeks later. Can anyone advice about radiotherapy fatigue? Can it result in patients becoming totally wiped out? Bed ridden? Any particular treatments that work well for these distal tumors impinging on the neurovascular bundle?!?! Any advice/tips much appreciated! Thanks in advance.
