My dad 72 was diagnosed with this disease October 2019, 2 weeks ago we was told it had spread to his left lung and stomach, And he was also told no more scans and he would be passed onto the palliative care team. He has bad nausea and back ache, with a loss of appetite. Can someone be honest with me and tell me how this will progress and what to expect in the last few months he has left. thanks
