ATTAINMENT
ATTAINMENT is a modular phase Ib trial evaluating the safety, tolerability, and activity of MDX-124, a first-in-class annexin-A1 targeting antibody, in patients with advanced cancer.
The ATTAINMENT trial is looking at a new treatment called MDX-124 for solid tumours that have grown into surrounding tissues or spread elsewhere in the body. The trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and activity of MDX-124
One arm within Module 2 of the ATTAINMENT trial study is for eligible patients with biliary tract cancer (cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder cancer) who have previously received a first-line treatment (chemotherapy, a targeted therapy).
For those with cholangiocarcinoma or gallbladder cancer, the eligibility criteria include:
- the cancer has grown into surrounding tissues or spread elsewhere in the body
- the cancer can be measured on a scan
