CPD Accreditation
Please note: AMMF’s conference has CPD accreditation, and equates to 6 hours of CPD.

The Venue
The Radisson Blu Hotel is conveniently located by London Stansted Airport, and is offering preferential room rates to AMMF conference delegates – Double occupancy £128.00, Single occupancy £118.00 – including full breakfast buffet.

To reserve overnight accommodation at the preferential rate, please call the Radisson direct on 01279 661012 and mention the AMMF Conference at time of booking.

(There are other hotels (Hilton, Holiday Inn) close by on the Stansted Airport campus if delegates would prefer to stay elsewhere.)

Tea/coffee, mineral water, juice, snacks will be provided during the day, along with a buffet lunch.

There will be an optional buffet supper 6.30-8.00pm for those who would like to stay after the main conference for further networking with the AMMF team, medics and other delegates.

Dietary requirements: please contact the organiser direct if you have a specific dietary requirement, eg vegetarian, gluten free, etc.  Dietary requirements must be notified in advance of the Conference. (info@ammf.org.uk).

What is the fee for the conference?
AMMF is not making a charge for attendance at the conference, it is open to all who have an interest in cholangiocarcinoma. However, if delegates would like to help to offset costs, a suggested donation of £25 per head can be made to the AMMF 2017 Conference Justgiving Page by clicking here.

Buffet Supper
The buffet supper (6.30-8.00pm) is an optional extra for those who would like to stay after the main conference for further networking with the AMMF team, medics and other delegates.  There is a charge of £25.00 for this.

How do I register for the conference?
To register for the conference, please click the green “Tickets” bar at the top of AMMF’s Eventbrite Conference page (Eventbrite link). If you wish to attend both the conference and the Buffet Supper, please ensure you choose both options.

What time does the Conference start and end?
Registration is from 9.30 am, the conference opens at 10.am and is scheduled to finish at 5.00pm.

The optional buffet supper will be from 6.30 – 8.00pm.

What is the dress code?
Smart business casual.

What if I have dietary requirements?
Dietary requirements can be accommodated, eg vegetarian, gluten free, etc, but must be notified to the organiser in advance.  Contact info@ammf.org.uk

What if I have a disability?

Is there an age limit for the Conference?
Conference delegates must be over 16.

What are the room rates at the Radisson Blu Hotel?
There are preferential room rates at the Radisson for AMMF conference delegates are:

£118 per night single occupancy

£128 per night double occupancy

Includes full breakfast buffet

Must be booked 14 days prior to the event by calling the Radisson direct on 01279 661012 and mentioning the AMMF Conference.  After this time, best rate available will apply.

What are my transport options getting to the event?

What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is £5 per car for delegates attending the Conference only, £10 for those staying overnight

Important: Please note the following information from the Radisson:
Car parking is limited at the hotel and subject to availability. We are unable to reserve car parking spaces at any car park.

In the hotel car park, guests will need to provide their car registration to the hotel reception, when the following rates will apply: Day guests £5 per car per day, Overnight Guests £10.00 per car per night.

Car parking is subject to charges as noted for the hotel car park only when car registration details have been provided to the hotel reception.

If the hotel car park is full, guests can park in the Green or Orange airport car parks. Guests will need to take the ticket at the barrier and exchange this for an exit ticket with the hotel concierge. The following rates will apply for this: Day guests £10 per car per day, Overnight Guests £15.00 per car per night.

(Exit tickets are subject to availability. If no availability at the hotel, advertised prices will apply in the airport car parks.)
