The Venue
The Radisson Blu Hotel is conveniently located by London Stansted Airport, and is offering preferential room rates to AMMF conference delegates – Double occupancy £139.00, Single occupancy £129.00 – including full breakfast buffet.
To reserve overnight accommodation at the preferential rate, please call the Radisson direct on 01279 661012 and mention the AMMF Conference, quoting the Block ID no. 4619156, at time of booking.
(There are other hotels (Hampton by Hilton, Holiday Inn, Premier Inn, Novotel) close by on the Stansted Airport campus if delegates would prefer to stay elsewhere.)
Tea/coffee, mineral water, juice, snacks will be provided during the conference, along with a buffet lunch.
Evening Meals:
Wednesday, 8th May, 2019: Meet and Mingle Buffet Dinner
All conference delegates are welcome to attend an informal Meet and Mingle Buffet Dinner on Wednesday, 8th May, 6.30pm on. There is no charge, but please ensure you select the separate ticket option for this.
Thursday, 9th May 2019: Buffet Dinner
There will be a Buffet Dinner on Thursday, 9th May from 6.30 – 8.00pm. All conference delegates are welcome to attend this dinner, which provides a further opportunity to network with the AMMF team, medics and other delegates. There is no charge, but please ensure you select the separate ticket option for this.
Dietary requirements: please contact the organiser direct if you have a specific dietary requirement, eg vegetarian, gluten free, etc. Dietary requirements must be notified in advance of the Conference. (info@ammf.org.uk).
What is the fee for the conference?
AMMF is not making a charge for professional medical delegates (including Clinical Nurse Specialists), and patients/carers/family members to attend the conference.

There’s no fee, can I make a donation?
To help offset the costs to the charity of AMMF’s Conference 2019, we would be grateful for donations. These can be made via JustGiving by clicking here.

What if I have dietary requirements?

Is there an age limit for the Conference?
Conference delegates must be over 16.
What are the room rates at the Radisson Blu Hotel?
The preferential room rates at the Radisson for AMMF conference delegates are:
£129 per night single occupancy
£139 per night double occupancy
Includes full breakfast buffet
Rooms must be booked 14 days prior to the event by calling the Radisson direct on 01279 661012 and mentioning the AMMF Conference. After this time, best rate available will apply.

What are my transport options getting to the event?

What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is £6 per car for delegates attending the conference only, £12 for those staying overnight.
Important: Please note the following parking information from the Radisson Blu Hotel:
Car parking is limited at the hotel and subject to availability. We are unable to reserve car parking spaces at any car park.
If using the hotel car park, guests must provide their car registration to the hotel reception, when the following rates will apply: Day guests £6 per car per day, overnight guests £12.00 per car per night.
Car parking is subject to charges as noted for the hotel car park only when car registration details have been provided to the hotel reception. Failure to do so may result in penalty charges by Parking Eye Ltd who manage the hotel car park.
If the hotel car park is full, guests can park in the Red or Orange Airport car parks at the advertised prices displayed in the airport car parks
